How does my order get processed?

All the orders will get dispatched directly from our Poland warehouse within 2 working days. Due to the certain policy, shipment for entry into the United Kingdom from other countries will be transit in Germany. It would take about 10 workdays to get the package delivered.
In regards to the tracking number and status, you can expect it once the package goes through the facility scan in Germany, which would take about 3-5 workdays.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Do I need to pay for the shipping and taxes/duties?
KUKIRIN covers all the taxes and duties.
