FAQ

1. Will I need to pay customs duties or additional VAT?

No. Orders are fulfilled directly from our warehouses located within the European Union. For eligible EU deliveries, the amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no unexpected customs charges, import duties, or extra VAT collected upon delivery.

2. Can I edit or cancel my order after checkout?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast dispatch. Once your order has entered the processing stage, changes such as shipping address updates, product variations, quantities, discount codes, or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

For this reason, we recommend reviewing all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

3. What if I refuse delivery or no longer want the package?

If a shipment is refused or cannot be accepted by the recipient, it will be returned to our European warehouse.

Any return transportation costs incurred during this process will be deducted from the refundable amount. If you need assistance, please review our Return & Refund Policy or contact our customer support team at [Your Email].

4. How long can I leave an order unpaid?

To reserve inventory and avoid stock allocation issues, payment should be completed within the payment period displayed during checkout.

Orders that remain unpaid after the allowed timeframe may be automatically canceled by the system.

5. Where are orders shipped from, and how long is delivery?

Our products are stocked in local European fulfillment centers, including facilities in countries such as Poland and Germany.

Under normal circumstances, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

6. Are your electric scooters legal for road use?

We offer different versions designed to comply with various local regulations.

  • ABE Certified Models (such as G2 Pro ABE): Designed to meet German eKFV requirements, with a maximum speed of 20 km/h and eligibility for insurance plate registration.
  • VMP Models (such as G2 Pro VMP): Built in accordance with Spanish DGT regulations and widely accepted EU micro-mobility standards, with a maximum speed of 25 km/h.

Please review each product page carefully before purchasing or contact our support team if you have questions about local regulations.

7. What warranty coverage is included?

We provide a 12-month warranty covering major components, including the motor, battery, and frame.

Should you experience a technical issue, our support team can assist with troubleshooting, provide genuine replacement parts where applicable, and help coordinate repair solutions when necessary.

8. Can I use my electric scooter in wet weather?

Most models are designed with an IP54 water-resistance rating, offering protection against light splashes and damp riding conditions.

However, for optimal safety and long-term reliability, we strongly recommend avoiding heavy rainfall, flooded roads, or riding through water deeper than the scooter deck, as excessive moisture may damage electrical components and reduce battery lifespan.
