Important Notice
To ensure a smooth return process, please retain the original product packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tools, and supplied components. Returns submitted without the original packaging may not qualify for acceptance or refund processing.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers may exercise their right of withdrawal and request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, without being required to provide a specific reason.
To qualify for a return under this policy, the following conditions must be satisfied:

The product must remain unused and in excellent condition.

The recorded mileage must not exceed 5 km (3 miles).

The original packaging and all included accessories (including charger, keys, manuals, tools, and promotional items where applicable) must be returned together.

Valid proof of purchase from our official online store must be provided.
2. Order Cancellation & Delivery Refusal
Before Shipment
Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund without cancellation charges.
After Shipment
If a cancellation request is made after the parcel has already entered the shipping process, the customer will be responsible for the actual outbound shipping expenses incurred, typically ranging from €60 to €80, depending on destination and logistics costs.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer declines delivery without prior authorization, the shipment will be returned to our designated warehouse. The refund will be processed after deducting the applicable outbound shipping charges.
3. Returns for Non-Defective Products
If you decide to return a product within the eligible return period for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects:

The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any item.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Products Damaged or Defective Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with shipping damage or a verified manufacturing defect, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
To facilitate inspection, please provide supporting photographs or videos showing the issue.
After confirmation by our technical team:

Necessary repair or replacement solutions will be arranged.

Eligible repair and replacement shipping costs will be covered where applicable.
Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections, including slight paint marks or superficial scratches that do not affect functionality or structural integrity, are not considered manufacturing defects.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our warehouse team, approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
We do not charge additional restocking fees, administrative fees, or handling fees for approved returns under this policy.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns cannot be accepted for:

Individual spare parts or accessories unless confirmed defective upon arrival.

Products damaged through misuse, negligence, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.

Customized products.

Products with usage exceeding 5 km (3 miles).
