Warranty Policy

At Sync Smart Technology Co., Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products and provide a 12-month limited warranty for eligible items purchased through our official sales channels.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the originally purchased product. It cannot be transferred to another person or another vehicle. Complimentary gifts, promotional items, and free accessories supplied with an order are not included within the scope of warranty protection.
Warranty registration is completed automatically after successful delivery of the product.
The warranty period begins from the original purchase date. Customers requesting warranty service must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt corresponding to the original order.
Rider Eligibility
Our electric scooters and electric bicycles are intended for adult users.
Persons under 18 years of age should only operate these products under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian and in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
Theft Exclusion
Warranty coverage does not extend to stolen vehicles.
Customers are encouraged to use appropriate anti-theft devices and store their vehicles securely whenever they are unattended.
1. Warranty Coverage
Subject to technical inspection and confirmation, defective original components may be repaired or replaced within one (1) year from the original purchase date.
The final warranty determination is made by our authorized technical support team.
1.1 Battery Warranty
Original lithium-ion batteries supplied with eligible products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against verified manufacturing defects.
Where an eligible defect is confirmed, replacement parts or repair solutions will be provided without charge for the battery itself during the warranty period.
Battery inspections and warranty decisions are performed exclusively by our authorized technical personnel.
Battery Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Normal wear of consumable components requiring periodic replacement.
- Tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chains, spokes, kickstands, lights, LCD housings, pedals, cranksets, saddles, shifters, and similar maintenance items.
- Damage caused by accidents, racing, stunt riding, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation.
- Exposure to water, chemicals, excessive moisture, dirt, or abnormal physical stress.
- Cosmetic damage including scratches or dents not resulting from manufacturing defects.
- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or identification labels.
- Failures resulting from unauthorized accessories or third-party replacement components.
- Improper assembly, maintenance, installation, or adjustments inconsistent with the user manual.
- Damage caused by collision, fire, flooding, storms, lightning, theft, electrical surges, or other external environmental factors.
- Battery damage resulting from incompatible chargers, improper charging practices, battery modification, or installation in unauthorized equipment.
1.2 Frame Warranty
The original scooter or bicycle frame is covered by a one-year replacement warranty for verified manufacturing defects.
Coverage applies only to replacement of the frame itself and does not include labor costs associated with transferring motors, wiring, controllers, or other installed components.
Warranty eligibility is determined by our technical assessment team.
Frame Warranty Exclusions
Coverage does not include:
- Rust or corrosion
- Oxidation
- Paint fading
- Cosmetic scratches
- Surface damage
- Impact damage from collisions
- Structural damage resulting from accidents
- Drilling, welding, or unauthorized frame modification
1.3 Electrical & Mechanical Components
The following original components are covered against manufacturing defects for one (1) year:
- Motor
- Electronic controller
- Battery
- Charger
- Throttle
- Pedal assist sensor
- Display panel
Where an eligible manufacturing defect is confirmed, replacement components may be provided in accordance with this warranty policy.
Component Warranty Exclusions
Warranty protection does not apply to:
- Accidental damage
- Racing or stunt use
- Improper use or negligence
- Water or chemical exposure
- Moisture or dirt ingress
- Abnormal mechanical stress
- Cosmetic scratches or dents unrelated to manufacturing
- Altered or missing serial numbers
- Unauthorized accessories or replacement parts
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Fire, flooding, storms, lightning, theft, electrical faults, or power surges
- Normal aging and wear of consumable items including tires, brake components, and other regularly replaceable parts

A warranty request should include:
- Valid proof of purchase
- Order number or invoice
- Clear photographs or videos demonstrating the reported issue
- Relevant product information when requested
For approved claims involving replacement displays, batteries, motors, controllers, or similar components, customers are responsible for applicable shipping and transportation costs.
Replacement parts supplied under warranty are provided free of charge; however, installation fees or third-party labor expenses are not included.
3. Technical Support & Service
If your product develops a performance issue during the warranty period under normal operating conditions, our technical support team will assist with troubleshooting and determine the appropriate solution.
Where applicable, replacement components or warranty service arrangements will be provided following technical evaluation.
